Cancellation policy
You have up until 12 hours of your appointment time to cancel, if it falls within them 12 hours you'll have to contact the shop or your barber directly.
If you cancel your appointment within the 12 to 6 hour time frame you will be charge
50% of your service.
With in 6 hours you will be charged
FULL PRICE
We have this in place so we don't get our time wasted.
We always have people on the waiting list and we'll have more chance of filling that space with the more time you give us.
